Intensity over volume

High volume training gonna make your body recovery longer which makes you workout less.in my personal experience push,pull,leg system is the best way to maximize your training intensity.you must work more rather than work hard.

Apply superset and dropset

This is one of the method i use to torture my muscle.superset is a method where you combine two exercise at the same time.dropset is a method where you lower the weight after doing 1 working set.try to apply both of them for maximum tension.

  • Sleep:at least you get 6 hours quality sleep per day.
  • Workout:you have train harder and harder every session.
